How to Register as a Recruiter & Buyer
- Click on Sign up Tab
- On the Sign-up Page choose Seller and then complete the form
- Then click sign up
- A green note will appear on left stating “User signed up successfully”
How to Complete your Profile
- Sign up/Login
- Your name will appear on the top right corner.
- Click on your name. A pop-up list will appear.
- Click on profile. You will be redirected to your account page.
- Complete the form and then Click on submit information at the bottom of the page
How to Advertise for a Job so that Jobseekers/Sellers can Send you Quotations/Respond to your Job Advertisements
- If you have an account with us, you can login then click on post for jobs.
- A new page will pop up. Complete the form.
NB 1: Your quotation should be as concise as possible e.g., state who is going to pay for material, time when the work will performed etc. this will reduce the risk margin that buyers add to the price.
- Then click Preview button
- Preview the listing.
- Then you can either edit the listing or submitting listing by clicking the “Edit listing” or the “Submit Listing” button on preview page.
NB 3: Before the Job is published, Admin has to review and approve the job. The approved job will be published to registered suppliers. You are welcome to give us names of suppliers you would like to receive the quotation.
How to Request a Quotation Directly from a Provider? Not available
- Click on a category
- Then click on your preferred provider
- Then click on a page icon on the right bottom
- The complete form
- Then submit
How to request a priced service Not Available
- Search Category
- On your chosen provider click on “Full View” tab
- At the bottom of the profile page choose the service you want then click on the “Book” tab located on top of the page.
- Follow booking instruction below.
How to Respond to a Quotation Send Directly to a Jobseeker/Seller?
- The provider will be notified of the request for quotation by e-mail.
- In the providers account the provider must select quotations
- List of quotation requests will appear. In “Action “column the providers can click on the eye icon to view the details of the quotation and on a paper aeroplane icon to respond to the quotation.
How to Accept a Quotation Not Available. Send an e-mail or call the Jobseeker/Seller
- In Profile Page click on “quotation” tab. In the “Action “column, a user can click on the eye icon to view the details of the quotation and on an arrow to book for the work/respond to the quotation.
- After clicking the arrow, the user will be redirected to the quotation reply page.
- On this page the User can click on the “Book Now” tab to accept the quotation.
The User will be redirected to the page were booking will be made.
NB 1: The booking price is the total fee of the quotation.
NB 2: After admin has received payment. The Booking will appear on the User’s and Provider’s “Bookings and the “Schedules “menu.
How to respond to Applied Jobs (Recruiter/Service Buyer)
- In the Recruiter/ Service Buyer Profile Page menu, click on the “Jobs”. All jobs you advertised will appear on the right site.
2. In the Action Column click on the “Select Option”.
3. In the pop-up menu click on the “Recommended Provider”. You will be redirected to the “Job Applicant” page.
4. Scroll the page
5. Click on view “Quotation” tab to view the seller’s offer.
6. Click on “Book Now” tab to accept the quotation. The Recruiter/Buyer will be redirected to the page where the offer will be accepted.
NB 1: This service is offered free of charge for now.
- A “Job Price” page will open.
- Click the “Edit” button to enter price. Type “0”
- Click on the “Update” button to update the price
- Click on “Continue” to open the Delivery date/time
- In the calendar choose the date.
- In the time slot, choose the slot.
- Then click “Continues”. You will be redirected to the customer information.
- In the Customer’s information complete the form
- Then click the “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be redirected to the Cart Page.
- Check if the information on this page is correct, then click on “Proceed to Checkout”. You will be redirected to the “Checkout Page”.
- Complete the form.
- In the Additional Information box, you can add special notes to the provider
- Tick the “YES, I’M OK WITH YOU SENDING ME ADDITIONAL NEWSLETTER AND EMAIL CONTENT” if you would like to receive a newsletter from us. Alternatively leave the tick box unmarked
- At the bottom of the page accept “Terms and Conditions”.
- Then click on “Place Order”
- You will be redirected to the payment page.
- Complete the form
- Then click on pay.
- Follow instructions.
Buyer: Manage Booking.
- On the Booking Menu click the “Option” tab
- Click on “Edit Bookings” to change bookings
- Click on “View Booking”
- You can cancel the booking by clicking on “Cancel Booking” tab
- You can mark a booking as Complete by clicking on “Mark as Complete” tab
- Once the Provider has invoiced, in the “Invoice” menu, invoice details will appear as overdue. Not available.
- You will receive confirmation of invoice payment from Cupp admin.
- The Process is complete
